The Guidelines provides a clear, step-by-step roadmap for the transfer and scaling of SIMPLE’s social innovation model. Based on lessons learned from the piloting phase and enriched by continuous stakeholder feedback, these guidelines offer refined procedures, timelines and resource plans to help organisations implement the model successfully. They also include a detailed strategy for adapting the model to new contexts, ensuring its sustainability and impact across Europe.
